Director of LTL/Partials and City Fleet
Mike has been with Wiseway for nine years. He was originally
hired as our yard spotter. He was the Distribution Supervisor
from 12-2-96 until 4-14-97, when he became a city driver.
He became the City Fleet Manager on 9-23-01 and three
years later the partial division was added to his responsibilities.
In April of this year, Mike earned a well-deserved promotion
to Director of LTL/Partials & City Fleet. In this
position, both Paul Dean, City Fleet Manager and Dan
Schmidt, LTL/Partial Division Coordinator, report to
Mike, as well as 26 linehaul driver direct reports.
Per Mike, "My personal goal in
my new position is to grow the partial division to approximately
40 loads per week, while working hard to meet the expectations
of our customers. We will remain very focused in the
growth of our logistics and city fleet operations. We
hope to continue to grow our city fleet as new opportunities
come our way."

Mike and his family reside in River
Falls, WI. Mike and his wife Tara have three children,
ages 14, 12 and 10 plus three dogs. They have a cabin
in northern Wisconsin, where they enjoy hunting, fishing
and ATV riding.
