Mileage rate is determined by a driver's
years of experience.
Generous drop pay for multiple drops
or pick-ups.
We pay all lumper and toll fees.
Detention time paid for extended
dock time.
Layover pay after 24 hours.
Personal days (to be used as vacation,
sick or holidays) start after the first 90 days of
continuous employment. After the completion of the
first year, you earn a total of 14 days.
After completion of the first 90
days of continuous employment, drivers are eligible
to participate in the company health and dental programs.
After one year employment and 1000
hours worked, employees are eligible to participate
in the 401(k) plan, with a company match.
Payroll is weekly for trips completed
and paperwork received the previous Friday at 5:00
PM.
Trip advance money issued through
T-Chek cards.
Passenger authorizations are
allowed after completion of 90 days of continuous
employment.
