Driver Compensation
- Mileage rate is determined by a driver's
years of experience.
- Generous drop pay for multiple drops
or pick-ups.
- We pay all lumper and toll fees.
- Detention time paid for extended
dock time.
- Layover pay after 24 hours.
- Personal days (to be used as vacation,
sick or holidays) start after the first 90 days of
continuous employment. After the completion of the
first year, you earn a total of 14 days.
- After completion of the first 90
days of continuous employment, drivers are eligible
to participate in the company health and dental programs.
- After one year employment and 1000
hours worked, employees are eligible to participate
in the 401(k) plan, with a company match.
- Payroll is weekly for trips completed
and paperwork received the previous Friday at 5:00
PM.
- Trip advance money issued through
T-Chek cards.
- Passenger authorizations are
allowed after completion of 90 days of continuous
employment.
