There is a good open door policy, you can talk to your Driver Manager and he/she will listen to you and give feedback. No forced dispatch, everyone is nice and polite and easy to get along with. If you don't want the stress, Wiseway is the best. Drivers are not under any stress at all here!

This is a no stress company for overnight loads and deadlines. There is no feeling of being looked at over the shoulder. There are ample loads outbound and inbound to choose from. Drivers can decide their own pay by how often to run. If I have any questions Wiseway and staff are knowledgeable and will answer the same day. Wiseway always has the driver's safety in mind.

I get to go home regularly. This is the most important part of working as a driver. I can walk in and talk to anyone (payroll, dispatch, etc.) without appointments. My truck is nice and well maintained. I like all aspects of Wiseway. It's the best company I have ever worked for.
