Driver Qualifications

Our drivers are the heart of our operation, and Wiseway utilizes a rigid screening process in hiring drivers with customer friendly attitudes. 

• Minimum of 23 years of age
• Current valid CDL in state of residence
• All applicants must have a minimum of 1 year tractor/trailer experience
• No more than 3 moving violations and no serious violations in the past 3 years
• No preventable, DOT recordable accidents within the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT qualification requirements
• No alcohol or drug related violations in the past 5 years
• No felony convictions which are substantially related to your expectations and duties as a driver, including those in the public domain
• Must present a professional image and attitude
• Must have a stable work history
• Must be customer and service oriented
