  • HOM Furniture annual HOM-Open. The primary recipient is Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge, a faith-based recovery program for people struggling with drug and alcohol addiction with campuses in the Twin Cities, Brainerd, Duluth, and Rochester www.mntc.org and www.hom-open.org

  • BFW Charities, now known as Pain Free Patriots. In mid-2015, BFW Charities established the Pain Free Patriots program and is refocusing its mission under that name to help America’s military and Veterans that need relief from chronic pain. There are 200,000 Veterans in Minnesota and 4 million nationwide with chronic pain that need our help. www.painfreepatriots.org

  • Triumph over Parkinson’s disease. A onetime event to reach a goal to raise $100,000 towards Parkinson’s research through the University of Minnesota Foundation. www.parkinsons.org and www.triumphoverparkinsons.com

  • Bridging Inc. Mission Statement: Through the effective reuse of donated items, Bridging improves lives by providing quality furniture and household goods to those transitioning out of homelessness and poverty. www.bridging.org

  • National Ataxia Foundation. The National Ataxia Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of persons affected by ataxia through support, education, and research. www.ataxia.org
